5. Payments & Refunds All payments are processed via secure third-party services. Refunds for memberships or services are available within 14 days of payment.

6. Intellectual Property All course content, videos, and tools are CLC property. No unauthorized copying or redistribution allowed.

7. User Conduct No hate speech, harassment, fraudulent activity, or platform misuse is tolerated. Violation leads to account termination.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers Our content is for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding credit outcomes or funding approvals.

10. Limitation of Liability CLC is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party misconduct.

11. Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes shall be handled exclusively in Texas courts.
